Data Officer – Property Transaction Management

About the role

Windmills Group is seeking a Data Officer to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of property transaction data used for valuation assignments. The role involves handling large volumes of listings and maintaining high data quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Import and process all off‑plan, ready, sold, rental, and listing transactions daily.
• Verify and update transactions within required timelines, ensuring completeness.
• Identify and report duplicate, missing, incomplete, or incorrect data and follow up on corrections.
• Collect and verify market‑comparable data directly from real estate agents and other sources.
• Maintain fast turnaround times for data collection, targeting 3,500 listings per month.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high data‑entry productivity.
• Good knowledge of real‑estate terminology, property types, and comparable market data.
• Excellent communication, coordination, follow‑up, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, daily targets, and maintain high‑quality data standards.
