Delivering Deal Value Senior Associate, Generalist

About the role

The Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team within PwC Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate to support operational integration and value creation across the transaction lifecycle. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals and focuses on pre‑deal due diligence, carve‑outs, integration planning and post‑deal performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare operational due diligence reports and integration assessments for client transactions.
• Assist clients with carve‑out planning, Day One readiness and post‑merger integration activities.
• Provide technology PMO support, including execution planning, risk management and governance.
• Identify synergies, risks and integration issues, evaluating their impact on timelines and functional readiness.
• Develop structured, analytical client deliverables and reports.
• Support business development through proposals, capability building and client presentations.
• Research and analyse market and technology insights to inform recommendations.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) relevant experience in deals, integration or advisory work.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
