Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

Technogym is looking for a Delivery and Installation Specialist to coordinate large‑scale projects across multiple departments, from tender negotiation to project handover and cash collection. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the delivery and installation process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with CS&LOG, Sales, Marketing, After‑Sales, Master Trainings, 3PL, external suppliers and Finance.
• Address customer inquiries and liaise with relevant departments to deliver optimal service.
• Provide installation competence coverage through e‑learning certification, training classes and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Monitor market feedback (NPS, FFM, snagging) and propose solutions, escalating issues to HQ Quality and Logistics when needed.
• Perform quality audits on installations to ensure compliance with Technogym D&I protocols.
• Manage the snagging process, including work order analysis, root‑cause identification and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of end‑to‑end project management and coordination experience.
• Valid UAE driving licence and Arabic speaking ability.
• Passionate about fitness, proactive, structured and detail‑oriented.
• Team player, accountable, transparent and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills for internal relationships and logistics management.
