Senior Specialist – Community Engagement

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Community Engagement is responsible for safeguarding operational integrity, safety, and compliance within the Abu Dhabi Food Hub live market. Acting as the primary client‑facing representative, you will embed a safety‑first culture among tenants and ensure a premium, safe, and clean market experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants and market clients, communicating safety standards and handling feedback.
• Monitor outsourced functions such as cleaning, maintenance, and security daily to enforce SLAs and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits, collaborating with contractors to resolve issues and prevent incidents.
• Control controllable operating costs, enforce performance deductions, and support service‑charge recovery ratios.
• Benchmark market standards against competitors to maintain ADFH’s reputation as the safest and most compliant trading hub.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement or market operations within food trading, logistics or similar environments.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
