Delivery Partner Manager – Logistics (UAE)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Delivery Partner Manager to support and grow its Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network across the Emirates. You will act as a trusted advisor to 25‑30 DSP owners, helping them launch, scale and operate successful middle‑mile logistics businesses while aligning with Amazon’s sustainability and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with DSP owners at various stages of their business, providing strategic guidance and performance coaching.
• Collaborate with internal Program Managers, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and fleet teams to ensure DSPs meet program requirements.
• Identify operational obstacles, analyze data, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve financial, operational and safety outcomes.
• Facilitate Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and maintain two‑way feedback channels with OTR teams and product strategy groups.
• Travel regularly to DSP sites, working flexible hours—including evenings, weekends and holidays—to support field‑based activities.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE and adapt to varying work schedules.
