About the role
Fisher HR is recruiting a Design Engineer / Design Manager in Dubai. The role covers coordinating architectural, structural, MEP and other engineering designs, managing design consultants and keeping design progress on track.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and other engineering designs.
- Manage design consultants and review their deliverables.
- Review drawings and technical submissions.
- Support design improvements and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
- Coordinate with planning, construction and project management teams.
- Monitor design progress and deadlines.
Required profile
- 7-12 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in real estate development projects.
- Experience in design management or multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
Required skills
- Good understanding of technical drawings and design processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
