Planning Engineer

About the role

Fisher HR is recruiting a Planning Engineer for a full-time position in Dubai. The role covers programme development, progress monitoring and coordination across all project phases, supported by a dedicated planning team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage master and detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress, critical path, milestones and schedule performance.
• Identify delays and risks and develop recovery and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate planning across design, procurement, construction, MEP, façade, fit-out, commissioning and handover.
• Review subcontractor programmes and monitor their performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards and forecasts.
• Support delay analysis, EOT submissions and contractual claims.
• Manage the planning team and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience on hotel, high-rise, commercial or mixed-use projects.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path, delay analysis and progress measurement.
