Design Technology Teacher – Academic Year 2026/27

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Design Technology Teacher to join its network of schools for the 2026/2027 academic year. The role involves delivering high‑quality, inclusive Design Technology lessons that inspire curiosity, creativity and critical thinking among students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver Design Technology curriculum aligned with learning outcomes.
• Organise classroom resources, displays and learning environments that engage students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of SEN, EAL and gifted & talented learners.
• Facilitate hybrid, distance‑learning and face‑to‑face sessions as required.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching strategies.
• Maintain effective behaviour management and promote a positive learning climate.
