About the role
We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to resolve day‑to‑day user problems and provide assistance with Microsoft Windows, MS‑Office and internet issues. The role requires strong communication skills, a quick learning ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
- Install Microsoft Windows and other software applications.
- Set up printers, scanners and other peripheral devices.
- Maintain and keep the IT infrastructure operational.
- Record inventory details and log user complaints.
- Install and configure hardware components.
- Provide direct assistance to end‑users.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
