Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies that drive demand, enhance brand experiences, and grow loyalty among guests. This senior role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across all digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget aligned with hotel revenue targets.
• Lead content creation, including copywriting, photo and video shoots, ensuring brand consistency.
• Activate spa, restaurant and bar offerings in the local market through targeted campaigns and events.
• Act as Brand Champion, collaborating with the General Manager and Director of Marketing to bring the brand to life.
• Coordinate multilingual tactical campaigns with regional digital teams.
• Identify and manage strategic marketing partners to increase hotel awareness and demand.
• Drive loyalty marketing initiatives for UAE members, organizing events and elite guest experiences.
• Support sales with collateral and promotions for key segments such as groups, weddings, and suites.
• Oversee social media strategy, online reputation management, and guest engagement.
• Assist local public relations efforts in partnership with regional and agency teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑mix marketing, preferably with a high‑end leisure brand.
• Strong understanding of hotel, spa, and F&B marketing dynamics.
• Creative, results‑driven mindset with a focus on demand generation and brand activation.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
