Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance‑marketing efforts in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end lead generation strategy, manage paid campaigns, and optimise digital channels to maximise ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and manage the lead‑generation roadmap, including channel mix, budget allocation and experimentation.
• Plan, launch and optimise SEO and SEM initiatives, ensuring website visibility and traffic growth.
• Oversee social media channels, create engaging content and boost brand awareness.
• Conceptualise and run email marketing programmes to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce and distribute valuable digital assets.
• Monitor KPIs, generate regular performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms, LinkedIn and other networks.
• Work with web developers to enhance user experience and align the site with marketing objectives.
• Control the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate, property or high‑ticket B2C.
• Proven ability to independently run and optimise paid campaigns with clear cost‑per‑lead or ROAS results.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable answering “what’s our cost per lead this week?” at any time.
• Self‑starter who can execute campaigns solo without a team to delegate to.
