About the role
The Heart of Europe seeks an ambitious Direct Sales Manager to drive sales of premium hotel and real‑estate products on Dubai’s most exclusive island development. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients, turning qualified leads into high‑value transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell luxury hotel and premium real‑estate offerings.
- Identify, engage and nurture relationships with HNWIs, investors and international buyers.
- Conduct consultations, presentations and sales discussions with prospects.
- Leverage social media to generate engagement and strengthen personal branding.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Negotiate and close high‑value deals in line with company goals.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and client preferences.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years experience in luxury real‑estate, insurance or luxury‑goods sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client‑handling abilities.
- Proven track record of closing premium‑value transactions.
- Confident, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
