About the role

Kroll's Commercial Expert Analysis team provides expert analysis and testimony in arbitration, litigation, adjudication, mediation and pre-dispute commercial discussions, covering complex financial analysis, damages evaluation, loss attribution, economic analysis and investigations. It also advises on matters investigated by regulators such as the SEC, DOJ, FCA and CMA. As Director of an expanding team, you will lead highly sensitive, varied projects across the region, with early exposure to clients and lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead dispute-related engagements, including acting as a testifying expert
• Provide expert advice to lawyers
• Assist clients with fact-finding and clarifying facts in disputes or forensic investigations
• Manage a variety of cases
• Develop new services or products

Required profile

• Forensic accountant experience, including from the Big 4, supplemented with a litigation and practice background
• Excellent academic record and preferably a chartered accountant
• Logical, methodical problem-solving approach with innovative solutions to complex problems
• Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to lawyers and lay parties
• Strong client focus and ability to build effective working relationships
