Director of Institutional Sales

About the role

Pave Bank is seeking a high‑calibre institutional sales professional to drive growth and shape commercial strategy. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from originating to closing high‑value opportunities, and work closely with senior leadership and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive institutional adoption of multi‑currency banking, FX, settlement, digital‑asset and treasury capabilities.
• Lead and close complex, high‑value opportunities across exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds and fintechs.
• Structure multi‑entity and cross‑border solutions, including settlement, liquidity and custody workflows.
• Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures and revenue models supporting growth.
• Translate sophisticated client requirements into scalable solutions with product, treasury and engineering teams.
• Shape client strategy through market mapping and institutional insights.
• Contribute to commercial playbooks, sales methodologies and scalable processes.
• Support development of junior talent and future team scaling.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of enterprise sales or institutional coverage in banking, payments, fintech or digital assets.
• Proven ability to originate and close complex, high‑value institutional accounts.
• Strong understanding of cross‑border settlement, treasury flows, liquidity structures, custody frameworks and digital‑asset operations.
• Excellent financial, commercial and pricing skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, scaling banking environment.
