Enterprise Customer Success Partner

About the role

Property Finder is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Partner to own the post‑sales experience for its subscription customers in the MENA region. You will drive adoption, value realization and revenue retention for key accounts while collaborating closely with sales and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with assigned customers as their dedicated point of contact.
• Represent best practices for Property Finder products to ensure customers achieve maximum value.
• Consult with clients to set goals, define metrics and monitor health indicators.
• Conduct regular reviews using established metrics, identify at‑risk accounts and remediate issues.
• Identify CSQLs during check‑ins to support upsell and revenue growth.
• Leverage technology to increase efficiency and scalability of processes.
• Partner with sales to provide support throughout the customer lifecycle and help achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a science discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a SaaS/subscription environment, preferably in Customer Success or Live Operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Preferred background in real estate, PropTech, mobility tech or marketplace businesses.
