Director of Marble Operations

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Marble Operations to lead end‑to‑end marble delivery on multi‑billion AED luxury projects in Dubai. You will own sourcing, fabrication, and installation, ensuring marble serves as a defining brand statement for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage direct relationships with quarries and suppliers across Portugal, Spain, Italy, Turkey, and Egypt.
• Set quality specifications, audit factories, conduct dry‑lays, and enforce strict tolerances (≤2 mm).
• Lead installation teams, control site sequences, and make final decisions on book‑matching and finishes.
• Own the P&L for stone packages exceeding AED 25 M, with full budget authority.
• Provide weekly updates to design leadership and project directors, influencing material choices.

Required profile

• 15‑20 years of experience exclusively in marble or stone contracting, with at least 10 years in senior leadership.
• Proven delivery of three or more mega‑projects (total value ≥ AED 1 Bn) that included large stone packages.
• Hands‑on expertise in sourcing, fabrication, and installation of luxury marble.
• Experience managing teams of 50+ and extensive subcontractor networks.
