Director of Revenue

About the role

The Director of Revenue is responsible for maximizing total revenues and profit from guest rooms across all hotels in the portfolio. This includes pricing, positioning and inventory management, as well as developing sales strategies for transient, wholesale and group segments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue data, identify trends and obstacles, and generate regular reports and presentations.
• Develop and communicate pricing strategies, rate restrictions and market‑driven adjustments to hotel General Managers and owners.
• Maintain accurate reservation system information and monitor distribution channels for positioning and competitor data.
• Provide revenue management expertise to property leadership, support diagnostic processes and implement revenue tests.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders, franchise partners and owners, delivering timely performance updates.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate forecasts and develop revenue budgets.
