Director of Total Rewards

About the role

The Director of Total Rewards will shape and execute Talabat’s compensation, benefits and incentive strategy, aligning it with business objectives and talent priorities. This senior advisory position partners with People leadership and senior business stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Total Rewards strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and a strong employee value proposition.
• Lead design and execution of compensation programs, including base salary structures, incentive plans and long‑term incentives.
• Oversee annual rewards cycles such as salary reviews and incentive payouts, ensuring fairness and alignment with performance.
• Conduct benchmarking, compensation modeling and analytics to inform pay structures and cost simulations.
• Define and evolve benefits offerings based on market trends and employee needs.
• Build and manage a team of Rewards Professionals, fostering operational excellence and innovation.
• Support implementation of rewards‑related systems and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in compensation and benefits design, rewards consulting or HR analytics.
• Strong business partnering and influencing skills with a data‑driven approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment and manage multiple tight deadlines.
