Director, Payments Products

About the role

The Director of Payments Products will define and execute the unified product vision, portfolio strategy, and market positioning for e& money’s payments offerings. This senior leader will drive growth through innovative, scalable, and compliant financial products while ensuring a consistent customer experience across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end product strategy for consumer and merchant payments, aligning with group‑level priorities and growth objectives.
• Execute the Group Fintech Center of Excellence strategy, creating unified product frameworks, reusable modules, and consistent go‑to‑market models.
• Identify fintech opportunities such as embedded finance, cross‑border payments, and open API marketplaces and turn them into viable product solutions.
• Lead product‑aligned squads across App, CVM, Payments, and Embedded Finance to deliver modular, high‑performing products.
• Champion a fintech‑as‑a‑service model by developing APIs, SDKs, and embedded capabilities for internal and external partners.
• Drive international rollout of e& money products, adapting design, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies for local competitiveness.
• Define and track KPIs including app downloads, active users, transaction volumes, revenue, EBITDA, and merchant performance.
• Serve as product advisor to senior leadership and build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
