About the role

The role involves reviewing, editing, verifying and processing official certificates and documents to ensure they meet UAE government standards for accuracy, authenticity and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Edit and proofread certificates and official documents for correct spelling, dates, titles and institutional details.
  • Align documents with approved government formats and language standards in Arabic and English.
  • Verify documents against approved records, databases and institutional references, identifying any discrepancies or fraudulent content.
  • Upload, update and track documents in internal management systems, maintaining version control and status logs.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection of sensitive records throughout the process.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy.
  • Experience with official certificates and government documentation.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English for document handling.

Required skills

  • Advanced MS Word formatting.
  • Excel.
  • PDF editing tools.
  • Document management systems or government portals.
