About the role
Gates Corporation is seeking a motivated Driver & Warehouse Assistant to manage stock flow and support logistics operations in Dubai. You will ensure safe handling of goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with shipments and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, handle, stock, identify and issue materials.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and inventory records.
- Quarantine defective or short‑supplied materials.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts and ensure product traceability.
- Support logistics teams with shipment preparation, documentation and deliveries.
- Operate assigned vehicle safely, following defensive driving practices.
Required profile
- Vocational Certificate or High School Certificate.
- More than three years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant.
- Commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
- Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize activities.
- Good numerical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Valid UAE Manual Driver's License.
- UAE Forklift License (preferred).
