About the role
We are seeking dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our restaurant team as a Waiter/Waitress. In this role you will deliver professional, personalized service to ensure each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers, providing discreet and personalized service.
- Serve food and beverages according to the hotel’s performance standards.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell guests.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, handling complaints and queries satisfactorily.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep in the outlet.
- Prepare service stations (mise‑en‑place) before, during, and after service.
- Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
- Good command of English.
- Positive attitude, ability to stay calm under pressure and attention to detail.
