About the role
Join Marsh Risk’s FINPRO MENA team in Dubai’s DIFC for a 12‑month early‑careers program. You will learn the fundamentals of financial lines insurance, support broking activities, and build relationships across the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the FINPRO MENA team with day‑to‑day operations, client deliverables and market research.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals and reports while supporting broking and placement activities.
- Develop knowledge of Directors & Officers, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Crime and Surety insurance products.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers throughout the region.
Required profile
- UAE national (family book) with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and results‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
