About the role

Join Marsh Risk’s FINPRO MENA team in Dubai’s DIFC for a 12‑month early‑careers program. You will learn the fundamentals of financial lines insurance, support broking activities, and build relationships across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

Assist the FINPRO MENA team with day‑to‑day operations, client deliverables and market research.
Prepare client presentations, proposals and reports while supporting broking and placement activities.
Develop knowledge of Directors & Officers, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Crime and Surety insurance products.
Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers throughout the region.

Required profile

UAE national (family book) with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and results‑oriented attitude.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
