Early Years Teacher – Nursery

About the role

Emirates British Nursery is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to join its team in Dubai. You will work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, delivering a balanced curriculum that supports children’s physical, emotional and educational development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver educational activities that promote independent learning and align with the EYFS curriculum.
• Ensure the safety, welfare and health of all children while fostering an inclusive environment.
• Monitor, assess and record each child’s progress using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of all students, encouraging acceptance and inclusion.
• Prepare reports on children’s development and participate in regular assessments.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• University degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, plus a certified vocational certificate (Level III) in early childhood care and education, OR a high school diploma with the same certificate and at least two years of relevant experience.
• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
