Ecommerce Growth Operator – Full Training for Real Estate Agents

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling ecommerce brand generating about USD 5 million in monthly revenue. We are looking for a motivated individual – preferably a high‑performing real‑estate agent in Dubai – to take charge of our online sales growth. No prior ecommerce experience is required; we will provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google, managing budgets and daily performance.
• Develop creative concepts for ads, write compelling copy and oversee the production of video assets.
• Lead a small team of 2‑3 video editors to deliver fresh ad content each week.
• Create and continuously improve product landing pages that convert visitors into buyers.
• Analyse weekly performance metrics, including ad spend, revenue generated and ROI.
• Support the expansion of the brand into new markets and countries.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering results in a competitive, target‑driven environment (e.g., top earner at a brokerage).
• Strong money‑making mindset and willingness to work hard for high earnings.
• Natural intuition for what persuades people to buy, demonstrated through sales or similar activities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google.
• Copywriting for ads and landing pages.
• Basic web page creation and optimisation.
• Video editing coordination.

What we offer

• Fixed base salary of 18,000 AED per month.
• Commission potential of 5,000‑10,000 AED per month after 6‑12 months for high performers.
