Ecommerce Growth Operator – Full Training, Onsite in Dubai

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling online brand generating about USD 5 million in monthly revenue. We are looking for a motivated individual to run and grow our online sales in Dubai, with full training provided. No prior ecommerce experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google, managing budgets and daily performance.
• Develop compelling ad concepts, copy and visual hooks that drive conversions.
• Lead a small team of 2–3 video editors to produce fresh ad content each week.
• Write ad copy and build landing pages, continuously testing and refining them to improve sales.
• Support expansion into new markets and countries.
• Monitor weekly performance metrics, including ad spend, revenue generated and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven track record of high performance in a results‑driven environment (e.g., top earner at a real‑estate brokerage).
• Strong money‑mindset and desire to earn based on results.
• Natural intuition for what persuades people to buy.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused team.

Required skills

• Paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google.
• Ad copywriting and creative concept development.
• Landing page creation and optimisation.
• Team leadership for video‑editing production.

What we offer

• Fixed base salary of 18,000 AED per month.
• Performance‑based commission of 5,000–10,000 AED per month after 6–12 months.
