E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

Mai Dubai is looking for a commercially driven E‑Commerce Manager to own the full P&L of its digital business, driving revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence across multiple online marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for E‑Commerce revenue, budgets, forecasts, margins and overall business performance.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, annual business plans and channel expansion initiatives.
• Lead strategic accounts on platforms such as Talabat, Noon, Careem, Kibsons, Amazon Seller Central and other digital channels.
• Own pricing, commissions, promotional investments and commercial agreements.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, product assortment and pricing optimisation.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse sales and financial data and implement initiatives to improve revenue and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and IT to ensure product availability and a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8–12 years of FMCG experience, including 5–7 years in E‑Commerce and marketplace management.
• Proven track record of managing full P&L, commercial negotiations and driving digital sales growth.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
