Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

VINCI Energies Oil & Gas is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a major oil & gas maintenance and engineering project in Abu Dhabi. The role starts ASAP on a 2‑year renewable contract, working 48 hours per week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead criticality studies and prepare assessments for production installations.
• Perform optimisation studies for non‑RCM equipment and develop lubrication schedules.
• Prepare and issue global maintenance plans, including running, lubrication, on‑condition monitoring and spare‑parts strategies.
• Develop condition‑based maintenance manuals, dossiers and first‑level activity documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, documentation and technical deliverables across the project.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–12 years of experience in oil & gas maintenance of production installations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience working in multinational environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
