Electrician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join the maintenance team at Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island. You will ensure reliable electrical operations across the hotel, supporting guest comfort and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair electrical distribution systems.
• Service motors, pumps, lighting fixtures and control panels.
• Maintain backup power systems, generators and related equipment.
• Diagnose and fix wiring issues and install new electrical equipment as needed.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in hotel or facility electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of safety procedures.
