EMEA Commercial Finance Business Partner, Data Center Segment

About the role

Eaton is looking for a senior-level Commercial Finance Business Partner to drive profitable, cash-generative growth across the EMEA Data Center segment. The role acts as a trusted advisor to segment commercial leadership, giving financial insight and challenging business strategies and major opportunities under controlled risk. It partners closely with segment business heads and works with Zones, Divisions and Commercial Finance teams (Pricing, Deals, COE, CFO), reporting into the EMEA Commercial Finance BP leadership structure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner embedded in segment leadership discussions, giving forward-looking financial counsel on customer opportunities, portfolio choices and go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as financial co-pilot to Segment Directors, aligning financial insight with strategic plans and commercial initiatives.
• Turn complex financial and commercial scenarios into clear choices for business leaders on pricing, mix, profitability and investments.
• Promote disciplined risk management by making trade-offs transparent on cash, margin and risk exposure, and flagging unfavorable terms.
• Translate customer and market intelligence into inputs for strategic and profit planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a Master's or MBA.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial finance experience, including a role as a Finance Business Partner or similar supporting sales/commercial teams in a multinational environment.
• Fluency in English; additional European language proficiency is an advantage.

• Analytical, data-driven mindset with Salesforce and Power BI proficiency.
• Strategic and commercial acumen, with executive storytelling and scenario modeling.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrix organization.
