About the role
The EMEA Demand Manager will be based in Dubai and will support Abbott Rapid Diagnostics in forecasting, demand planning and commercial execution across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities
- Track and report EMEA KPI’s, S&OP actions and commercial review presentations.
- Create and maintain demand forecasts by SKU for 12‑ and 24‑month horizons using simulation and modelling tools.
- Lead regional demand consensus meetings, align forecasts with finance and supply, and manage gap‑closing actions.
- Monitor market trends, epidemiology, and KOL insights to inform demand planning.
- Develop and improve inter‑company planning processes and maintain a knowledge library of best practices.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in medical devices or diagnostics within the EMEA region.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally, anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with demand forecasting and S&OP processes.
- Proficiency in using simulation/modelling tools for SKU level forecasts.
