Emirati Architect – Sustainable Design Projects

About the role

WSP in the Middle East is looking for a talented Emirati Architect to join its Architecture team. You will contribute to high‑profile, sustainable projects across multiple sectors, working in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept, schematic and detailed architectural designs for diverse project types.
• Produce high‑quality drawings, BIM models, visualisations and presentations using Revit, AutoCAD and other tools.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, sustainability and other engineering teams to ensure integrated design outcomes.
• Prepare design reports, technical specifications and documentation at each project stage.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, surveys and compliance checks.

Required profile

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in an architectural or design consultancy.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and technical capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
• Solid understanding of design principles, building systems and construction processes.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the Middle East.
