About the role
Raqmiyat LLC, part of the Al Ghurair Group of Companies, is hiring a full-time End User Support technician in Abu Dhabi. The role provides first and second level technical support to end users across hardware, software, systems and applications.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and system-related issues.
- Manage Active Directory accounts and user access.
- Support IP telephony systems.
- Provide technical support for Oracle ERP applications.
- Perform endpoint configuration, maintenance and patching.
- Maintain IT support documentation and incident records.
