IT Support

About the role

Bin Omeir Motors is looking for a full-time IT Support professional in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain computer systems and support network operations so that daily business runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems to minimise disruption to business operations.
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems, peripherals and IT equipment.
• Respond to employee technical support requests and assist with system maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Keep IT equipment and software functioning correctly and up to date.

Required profile

• A degree, diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is suggested (not stated as mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.

The estimated salary is AED 4,500 to AED 7,000 per month. Applications close on 31 October 2026.
