Engineer - Civil إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer (UAE nationals) to join AECOM’s infrastructure team in Dubai. The role involves delivering dry utilities and infrastructure projects from concept masterplan through to IFC stage, supporting a range of power and telecom networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop designs for primary substations, EHV/HV/LV corridors, distribution and pocket substations, feeder pillars and service turrets up to 33 kV.
• Design telecommunication infrastructure including ducts, manholes and GSM tower coverage requirements.
• Create street lighting solutions for all road types, including lighting calculations, single line diagrams, load schedules and landscape lighting.
• Coordinate with wet utilities, roads, transportation, landscape and building disciplines.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and KSA authority guidelines, standards and requirements.
• Experience on infrastructure projects covering concept to IFC stages.

Required skills

• Civil Engineering design and calculations.
• Primary substation and high‑voltage network design.
• Telecommunication network design (ducts, manholes, GSM coverage).
• Street lighting design and lighting calculations.
• Report writing.
