Engineer / Senior Engineer NRTL & Product Testing and Certification

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer or Senior Engineer to lead NRTL and product testing and certification projects for international markets, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate product testing and certification projects for global markets.
• Work with UL, CSA, IECEx, and ATEX standards and certification requirements.
• Review technical drawings, product specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate testing, technical evaluations, and certification activities with laboratories and certification bodies.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address technical queries and certification requirements.
• Support compliance assessments for ordinary-location (OrdLoc) and hazardous-location (HazLoc) products.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in product testing, certification, compliance, or engineering.
• Experience with electrical equipment and hazardous‑area (Ex) products.
• Familiarity with product safety standards and certification processes.
• Strong technical communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage certification projects independently.
