Engineering Consultant

About the role

The Engineering Consultant will provide technical risk assessment and engineering consulting services to clients in the Construction, Energy, and Engineering sectors, analyzing systems and equipment to identify failure modes and develop safety recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and surveys of industrial and commercial properties, documenting conditions of machines, equipment and electromechanical systems.
• Assess risks affecting machines and equipment, examine damaged electrical and mechanical equipment, and prepare technical reports, letters and presentations.
• Support incident investigations and contribute to the development of risk‑management frameworks and standards‑based solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in an engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to maintain strong client relationships.

Required skills

• Detailed understanding of building systems and equipment.
• Risk assessment and failure‑mode analysis.
• Research of standards, codes and regulations.
