Engineering Manager – BMS Systems

About the role

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the programming, administration and optimisation of its Building Management System (BMS) across the resort’s facilities. The role ensures reliable operation of temperature, lighting and other building services while supporting energy‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Program and administer the BMS to meet operational requirements for temperature, lighting and facility control.
• Plan and coordinate BMS re‑programming and upgrades, including installation of new hardware and software.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems through the BMS, collaborating with relevant parties.
• Maintain BMS functionality and compliance with operating standards.
• Monitor, record and analyse BMS data, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending system adjustments.

Required profile

• Minimum of 60 months (5 years) of experience in building management systems or facilities engineering.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate maintenance activities.
