English Teacher for Grades 6‑7 (AY 26/27)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher for Seer Bani Yas Charter School in Abu Dhabi for the Academic Year 26/27. The role involves delivering the American‑based middle‑school English curriculum to Grades 6 and 7, supporting a student body of 617 Emirati boys.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater to the full ability range.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and external specialists (e.g., speech therapists) to enhance learning.
• Assess and record student progress using Target Tracker, providing feedback to parents and at conferences.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment, manage behaviour according to school policy, and act as a role model.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to support student wellbeing and academic outcomes.
