Enterprise Account Manager – Fintech Payments

About the role

Paymob is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with large, strategic merchants across the United Arab Emirates. You will act as the primary commercial liaison, driving revenue growth and expanding payment volume through our fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise merchants and serve as their main point of contact.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, finance, product, and operations teams on the merchant side.
• Drive revenue by expanding transaction volume, promoting new product adoption, and exploring cross‑border opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with merchant objectives and Paymob’s growth targets.
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Risk, Operations, Tech, Support) to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
• Monitor transaction performance, success rates, and settlement metrics, addressing risks proactively.
• Provide merchants with payment optimization advice and keep them informed of regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in enterprise account management, sales, or partnerships within fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Proven track record managing large enterprise merchants or strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
