Enterprise Talent Strategic Sourcing & Engagement Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

HSBC is looking for a UAE national to join its talent team in a relationship-led, AI-enabled role focused on building internal and external talent pipelines, supporting internal mobility and succession planning, and strengthening Emiratization. The role combines human judgement with approved AI tools to identify talent and simplify routine work.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Emirati talent, internal colleagues, business leaders, universities and professional communities.
• Develop sustainable pipelines for business-critical roles and priority talent segments.
• Support internal mobility by connecting colleagues with relevant roles, projects and development opportunities.
• Hold confidential career conversations and identify talent interests, aspirations and readiness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR and business leaders on integrated talent strategies.
• Use approved AI tools for market mapping, talent research, skills analysis and workflow automation, validating insights and protecting confidentiality.
• Provide talent-market insights and support employer-brand and community-engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate talent data, engagement plans and relationship records.

Required profile

• A graduation degree is essential for a UAE visa and work permit; certificates from outside the UAE need attestation and equivalency.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, talent acquisition, talent management or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and stakeholder-management skills, and experience engaging with senior talent and diverse communities.
• Understanding of internal mobility, succession planning and Emiratization.
• Knowledge of applicable UAE labour requirements and Emiratization policy.

Required skills

• Talent technology such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Eightfold or Avature.
• Practical understanding of AI-enabled sourcing, talent intelligence and workflow automation.
• Strong data, communication and organisational skills, and sound judgement to challenge unsupported AI outputs.
