About the role
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail‑oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process for industrial goods.
Key responsibilities
- Initial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of industrial goods.
- Process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreements.
- Perform commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient and cost‑effective solutions.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in purchasing or administrative support (a plus but not required).
- Ability to work with multiple currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, AED, CAD, AUD) – desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail.
