About the role

The Environment Health and Safety Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and internal teams, handling inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest questions and requests through phone and email, maintaining professional communication.
• Enter, retrieve, and update information in computer databases, including reservations and guest records.
• Prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Transmit information via computer, mail, or fax, ensuring accuracy through proofreading and editing.
• Operate standard office equipment and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with clear, professional language.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation tools).
• Experience using computer and point‑of‑sale systems for data entry and retrieval.
