Environmental Consultant for AI Training

About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced environmental consultants to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional environmental documentation. You will work remotely, creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated reports, spreadsheets, and slide decks that support impact assessments, biodiversity surveys, and regulatory submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review AI‑generated environmental impact assessment reports, species habitat summaries, and conservation project proposals.
• Develop and validate data sheets for water and soil quality monitoring, emissions readings, and field study protocols.
• Generate and polish slide decks and spreadsheets that communicate technical findings to regulators and clients.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience conducting environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, or regulatory compliance monitoring in consulting, government, or academia.
• Proven ability to interpret field and laboratory data (species counts, water/soil chemistry, emissions) and translate it into technical reports.
• Expert‑level skill in drafting documents, building spreadsheets, and designing slide presentations with strong written communication.
