ERP Implementation Engineer – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Engineer to join our Dubai team. You will work closely with customers and internal technical groups to configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions, ensuring a smooth go‑live and post‑implementation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go‑live support.
• Configure ERP applications according to approved business requirements.
• Conduct end‑user training for relevant ERP modules.
• Gather, document, and analyse customer business processes and data.
• Collaborate with developers, offshore teams, sales, and project managers to design and integrate ERP solutions.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Prepare user manuals, implementation documents, and issue logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
