About the role
The Event Consultant will lead the Events team to achieve the hotel’s objectives, ensuring high‑quality catering services and exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Events team to meet hotel revenue and service goals.
- Develop and adapt promotions and market moves in response to changing market needs.
- Maintain historical records and analyse market outlook to produce accurate forecasts.
- Evaluate catering performance, monitor profit and loss, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service throughout all events.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation with a commitment to excellence.
- Good knowledge of catering operations and scope.
- Ability to adapt strategies to market changes and forecast requirements.
