Event Sales Executive - Restaurants

About the role

The Team Builders is looking for an experienced events sales professional to represent two hospitality venues in Dubai: an upscale, pet-friendly café and an Italian restaurant and lounge. The role covers event sales, private bookings, corporate events and special celebrations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive event sales, private bookings, corporate events and special celebrations across both venues.
• Develop new business through corporate outreach, networking and client relationships.
• Manage event enquiries, prepare proposals, follow up leads and turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Work closely with management and the chefs on event planning, customised menus, pricing and special requirements.
• Keep communication smooth between clients, chefs and venue management from enquiry to event execution.
• Oversee event arrangements and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
• Build partnerships with corporate clients, event planners and other businesses to generate repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and maximise event revenue across both venues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in events sales within hospitality, restaurants, cafés, hotels or lifestyle venues.
• Proactive, target-driven personality with a passion for hospitality.

Required skills

• Corporate sales, networking and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple event enquiries and work closely with operational teams.
