Event Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Event Sales professional to generate new business, promote our event services and drive revenue across exhibitions, conferences and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for events, exhibitions and conferences.
• Prospect clients through cold calling, networking, referrals and social media.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations and manage the full sales cycle.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with Event Management, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in event sales, business development or related sales roles.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, target‑driven and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
