Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms

About the role

The Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms acts as the strategic leader for the property's Rooms Operations, overseeing Front Office, Recreation/Health Club and Housekeeping. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will drive the implementation of brand standards, enhance guest satisfaction, and maximize departmental financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the brand’s business goals.
• Monitor and analyze rooms revenue, occupancy, rates, wages and controllable expenses against budget.
• Lead department heads to ensure delivery of high‑quality guest experiences and associate satisfaction.
• Identify service trends, address issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and review financial statements, wage progress reports and other performance metrics.
• Champion the brand’s service vision across Front Office, Housekeeping and Recreation teams.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 4 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Proven experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales/marketing or hotel operations management.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and leadership abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
